My name is Lisa Ball and I am a registered Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with 30 years of experience in the NHS and private practice. NPPS offers an independent and integrated service on line service to individuals, couples and other health professionals through supervision.

My background in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy give me a wide range of knowledge and experience to provide a comprehensive assessment of your presenting difficulties and to formulate an individually tailored psychological intervention.

My aim is to provide you with a prompt and responsive service to meet individual and organisational needs.

I offer a wide range of therapies including psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) ISTDP (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) I am a consultant in training in EMDR and offer group and individual supervision. I also offer Critical Incident stress management (CISM) often referred to as psychological de-briefing following involvement or witness to a traumatic incident in the workplace.

I offer bespoke group interventions for organisations to promote employees psychological well-being and reduce staff stress.

Post Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

CORE training in ISTDP (3 years)

EMDR (parts 1, 2 &3 CYP level 1 & 2)
